Barcelona Airport (BCN) is the second biggest airport in Spain after Madrid Barajas International Airport, handling more than 30 million passengers per year, many of whom are visitors arriving on business or to check out the delights of the cultural and cosmopolitan haven that is Barcelona. The airport has three busy terminals known as terminals A, B and C.
BCN has no shortage of modern amenities and facilities which include a wide selection of shopping options, eateries and bars as well as essential financial services such as banks, bureaux de change and ATMs.

Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets
As well as duty-free outlets in terminals A and B, located beyond passport control, Barcelona Airport has a wide variety of shops and an even wider variety of products on offer. Among the goods available for purchase, passengers will find foodstuffs, art, travel and sporting goods, accessories, jewellery, toys, clothing, music, electronics, perfume, cosmetics, watches, souvenirs, tobacco, wines and spirits.
Bars, Cafés and Restaurants
Barcelona Airport offers a good selection of outlets for dining and refreshments. Passengers will find a large number of cafés, bars and restaurants in all three terminals, which include the Bar Cafétería ARS, Bar Tip Top Tapas, Cafétería Europa and Cafétería Medas Beer.
Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities
Terminals A and B are home to banks, bureaux de change and a number of ATMs. Terminal B also has a post office situated on the ground floor.
Business and Conference Facilities
A meeting room can be found in Terminal B and is available by prior arrangement. The facility offers telephones, fax machines, Internet and audiovisual equipment. VIP lounges in all six terminals also offer some basic business facilities.
Disabled Facilities
Barcelona Airport (BCN) is well equipped to handle passengers with special needs. The airport offers specially adapted toilets and telephones as well as providing access for wheelchairs with ramps and lifts.
Other Facilities
An exhibition centre offering a variety of aesthetic displays can be found in the airport, while there are dedicated play areas for children.
